Brownies are a very nostalgic dessert, and a chocoholic's dream come true. They can be so rich and decadent, that even though they are associated with childhood, they can feel very grown up. This recipe gives you rich, melt in you mouth brownies, without skipping out on the signature crackly brownie top. Most brownie recipes only use white sugar, however, I use a little bit brown sugar because it adds that density that makes these brownies super fudgy. That's also the same reason I don't use any baking powder or baking soda. Serve with vanilla ice cream a-la-mode, and enjoy!

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour, sifted.
1/2 Cups Hot melted Butter
1 Tbs Coconut oil or vegetable oil
3/4 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Each Large Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cups Cocoa Powder, sifted
1/3 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Checking to see if it's done
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 Celsius).
In a large bowl, mix the hot butter, sugar, and salt well, and make sure the sugar is melted.
In another bowl, soft the flour and cocoa, and mix them.
Add eggs, and mix well, then slowly mix in the flour and cocoa to avoid lumps.
Mix in vanilla extract, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Grease an 8x8 square pan well, then pour in mixture.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if it's done, and if it is almost clean, then leave them to cool to room temperature.
Cut after cooling to room temperature, serve, and enjoy!
